I was talking with several members about making a Barley wine at the last meeting and one suggested that I should give a presentation on Barley Wines. I actually considered this before the last meeting, not because I have any expertise, but I have done some research. I rejected the idea, because I would want member's discussion, taking more club time than I thought appropriate. What I am willing to do - if members desire - is to lead a discussion. The first Chapter would be on history, water, and yeast; I doubt there would be much discussion. The next chapters should get comments from those more experienced than I on making big beers. Is there an interest on doing this on the web site?

sounds like a great idea Bob. Would you do it for our next meeting?
