I think we figured there were too many people to try and coordinate to have another brew in for the big brew bash so people were going to brew on their own. Richard, Bob and I are making our big brew bash beer on Sunday at Richard's house. If anyone would like to stop by, feel free. According to Brewmaster Bob, it should be a long day. If you have never been to Richard's, give me a call and I will navigate you there.

Eric invited, I'm glad. We will be brewing a barley wine using some European technigues. We will start with 32 lbs of grain (all British). We will increase the temperature by double decoction. We will parti-quile, hoping to make a barley wine with an initial gravity of 1.09 to 1.10, and a second beer, a special bitter or an ESB. The yeast will come from a brew Richard & I brewed on Wednesday. Come and watch the action. Bring some meat if you will be here at lunch time.
