There will be two tables if needed to play Texas Sudsem (poker)
For the first two rounds there will be 6 players per table per game. The dealer is decided by high card.
The winners divide the winnings in the order won (1st, 2nd, 3rd and by amount of the blind (100 pts., 200 pts). There is no raising or other betting (so the games will play pretty fast)
Round 1 – 100 point blind for each player
Payout – 1st – 300 points, 2nd 200 points, 3rd 100 points
Round 2 – 200 point blind for each player
Payout – 1st – 800 points, 2nd 400 points
Round 3 – 200 points per player or whatever the players decide
Payout – Winner take all or whatever the players decide

Any of the beer point values or payouts can be adjusted with the approval of everyone at the table. There will be plenty of 50 and 100 point beers (bocks, porters, ales, imperials) to make change for any high point beers. If there are any suggestions or questions regarding the poker rules, post them or bring them up at this Thursday’s meeting.
In addition bring some extra beer/wine for Christmas exchanges with everyone there. This is your significant others' chance to trade your beer for wine. The object is to have fun trading homemade/specialty beers and wines. I will have some great homemade dogfish 90, bock, shiraz and strawberry zinfandel to taste and exchange. Don’t forget there will be two kegs of beer, wine, and margarita’s to drink.
John Cotton has kindly offered to make the Chili so I am taking him up on the offer. I will be making a chicken and sausage gumbo. Ray is coming by on 12/5 to help set up the club canopy. Putting up some lights tomorrow to make it look like Christmas.
