The December club meting is at my house Thursday. Jason - on a previous post - has included maps. I purchased a big natural gas heater to make the meeting more comfortable than the one here last winter. The house north of me is vacant, so use the full circle and my driveway to park. The meeting will be on the north side of my house. If all you see is a blue wall, I have decided that the weather requires me to block the north wind and walk around to the back.
Several important issues need to be discussed. Primary, we need to set a date (late January?) for the next brew-in. We also will elect club officers for next year. I have printed the ballots.
I will have seating for at least 12 members, plenty of standing room, and a grill going for meat. Come over anytime after 5:00.

As Bob stated, this is a very important meeting. If you do not show up there is a very good chance that you will get elected to something.

Not the best weather, but acceptable, I wish it had been this night. Thursday night's for-cast is for ENE winds at 5 - 15 mph. I will make adjustments to my in-closed area (grateful that the wind is not from the NE or N). Enter on the North side, the blue shield will have an opening. My grills are not large, but I will have two hot. Bring some meet for the grill and some beer to share. One of my tap beers is not good, so I will replace it with another I brewed this year (maybe one I forgot to label). The other is the coffee porter Doug & I brewed.
Jason gave maps. If you don't like maps, get to my house by taking exit 877 from either west or east. From Beaumont and west, turn under I10, and turn again at the feeder road back west. Take the first right turn on Meeks Drive behind the shopping center. Proceed down Meeks for about 1/2 mile and take the first left turn on Eddleman (past the old National guard center), the street to the right has a different name. Continue down Eddleman 1/4 - 1/2 mile your first oppertunity to turn right (Rue des Fleurs). My house is the last on the left.
From east (La.) take exit 877 and do not get on the feeder. Go directly across behind the shopping cent on Meeks and follow the above directions.

well I dont no if I will beable to make it I am going to the dentist this morning we will see how I feel but rite now the right side of my face looks like the godfather just gotta get that voice down I will post later this evening after the dentist and see if I feel better

I am sorry I missed the meeting tonight. Guy and I both had a Masonic function to attend. I hope all went well for the new officers. Who are they?
