Dear Saint Arnold's Army:
First, thanks to everybody who has come out to visit the newery! A couple of
things we need to clarify for people wanting to visit: the tour is actually more
of an open house without, well, a tour. Until we have all of our permits, we
can't take people anywhere in the building other than the tour hall. Also, we
aren't giving a talk on the Saturday tours because of the open house format and
because the acoustics aren't currently conducive to it. Think of it as a
sampling in our beer hall with all your friends. Having said that, everybody
seems to be having a great time!
Our 3 PM weekday tours are much smaller and we are giving a short talk on the
new brewery, our beers and whatever else strikes us on that particular day.
Assuming that the weekday tours remain small, we will be able to take people
around the building once we have our final permits. These are like our tours
about 15 years ago.

SPRING BOCK IS COMING
Winter Stout will be beginning to disappear very soon, which means Spring Bock
is coming. We are hoping that some spring-like weather will accompany it! More

We should be brewing at the newery before the end of the month. Of course, we
