Doug & I talked several weeks ago about brewing a Belgian Dubble for the Christmas party, brewing at the May brew-in. This will be proposed at the meeting. It would be great if we could brew it from original Belgian Beers. I will bring a big bottle of Maresodous 8, and starter equipment. I'm sure Mark and Charles will bring Belgian beers that may contribute to the starter. Just in case, I will purchase in Houston Thursday a Belgian WYeast, hoping the club agrees.
