Ira's Good Times Club is brewing this weekend. I hope I am not the only member of our club to show up. I plan on brewing a Belguin beer with an extract I purchase on Saturday from Ira, suplimented with extracts I have recovered from previous beers, and a sugar additive. The yeast will be the one I recovered from the Maredous I shared- and started - at our last meeting. Hope to see some of you there. The location has been previously posted at this web site.
