Following is a message sent to local news that may cover our brew-in. I did this after getting agreement from Eric.
The Golden Triangle Homebrewers Club will be celebrating National Homebrewers Day at 438 Tower Rd , Orange Tx , 77630 on May 8. The location is a road off FM 1442, a few miles north of Bridge City , before the Entergy plant. We invite you to cover this event, but to not advertise it, because of limited parking. Our club consist of members from Louisana, and Jefferson and Orange county in Texas . We will be brewing over 50 gallons of beer. We have several members that have won national awards for their brewing. You can see malt crushed, converted to sugars, and boiled with hops to give a sweet and bitter mix required for great beer. The event starts around 8:00 am and will continue untill after 2:00 pm, As I stated before, parking will be limited, but if you respond and plan on covering the event, we will reserve you a close up parking space.
