Richard and I crushed about 70 lbs of grain on Thursday for this event (for 6 brewers, brewing a total of 30 gallons of Belgiun beer). Richard's batteries were near depleted. I assume he has recharged them, but I also plan on bringing my hand cranked roller mill which is easily adjustable. You pick your grain. A Red Ale does not need all M.O. malt, but does need some Special B. Raybo's brown ale qualifies for all M.O. malt. There is plenty of malt at your choice. See you tomorrow.
