Fee's for guest has been hashed around enough, we need to talk about food supplied for those who don't eat crawfish.
The easiest solution - not necessarily the best - is that non-crawfish eaters bring their own food for the grill. This is the easiest because our club has made no plans for alternate food, and probably want until 2 days before the event. The club will still need to pay for the crawfish ingredients, cups, plates, charcoal, etc.
A second easy solution is that at the next meeting, 2 days before the event, preferably earlier, we come up with a list of extra foods and have someone purchase them.
The best solution - my opinion - would have better coordination of this event, and already have members split up these purchases (with three activities in late April and May around National Homebrewers Day, it slipped thru the crack). All members usually bring side dishes; if this had been properly coordinated, we could have split these purchases. It is late to do this, but I am willing to prepare a starting list for discussion for this alternative or the one above.
I strongly feel Ronnie and Dean should have minimal costs.
