Contest Brew

OK guys, in my attempt to plan the brew in to make the contest beer I did not realize that July 10 is the weekend of my anniversary, which makes my participation doubtful. Tell me how you guys want to handle this situation.

I think we should delay this brew-in until September. This will give us 2 meetings to discuss it. There are additional grains to add and probably 2 different yeasts. We also need to come to an agreement so that all club members benefit. If most agree, I will suggest a way all members benefit. I will be in Houston in August and could pick up extra grains and yeasts.
